@ Beca Thanks so much for your nice comment!  You would think that I would be satisfied with where I am at, but of course, I am not.  I have gotten some compliments, which, as you know, feels soooo good!  But I feel like I'm not quite where I want to be.  I dropped from about 115 lbs to 106 or 107 lbs over the course of fall semester (mid september '09 - mid december '09).  During that time I was eating a lot less as a result of stress from school and I was getting back together with my boyfriend, so I didn't have the urges to eat beyond fullness.  I definitely tend to eat more when I am depressed, and eat less when I am happy/content/busy with life.  More recently I have been wavering around 104-105 lbs and I am terrified of bouncing back up to 115 lbs, or maybe even more.  The weight I am at is the lowest I have been in my adult life, so I am scared there is going to be a turning point at which I will start gaining again.  I think that if I start working out and doing reps with free-weights (very light ones of course, so I just look toned, not bulky) I will fend of any potential weight gain.  So, my next goal is to start incorporating some kind of workout since it's been awhile.  I remember you were asked me if I have any tips...for me, just keeping busy really helps.  Last semester I was so preoccupied with school, that I by the time I realized I had barely eaten anything, it was already late in the day and I would  make sure that I ate just enough to not feel hungry, but not feel full so I could continue focusing on schoolwork.  Also, I pretty much stopped watching tv...my pitfall was usually the end of the day when I would sit down, watch tv and mindlessly eat since I would restrict so much during the day.  Now, I still restrict my food intake during the day, but now when hunger starts to creep up at night, I make sure that I have something to do that takes a lot of mental focus so I am satisfied with small amounts of food.  I don't know if this makes sense to anyone?  This makes sense in my head, I just hope I explained my whole thought process clearly.  When trying to loose weight in the past I remember reading some tips that said to just keep busy to take your mind off of food...I tried to do that, but ultimately failed because I would do things that didn't take mental focus...I would clean, organize, etc but since it didnt require any mental focus, I still thought about food and just became increasingly more hungry.  Since last semester was my most intense semester yet (and I actually cared about my classes since they were upper division) it was easy to put all of my energy and focus into my studies.  Anyways, I hope you get something out of these tips that might help you get to your goal weight!  And like you said Beca, we look like we have similiar stats...how did you get to your current weight?...and for that matter, for anyone else who is reading this, how do you overcome your plateaus?
